A passionate mother of three with Italian roots and a deep interest in food, health and fitness.
For us Italians, family is something truly special, and we love using food and mealtimes as a way to nurture and strengthen our relationships. Growing up with this culture, combined with my passion for fitness, made it only natural for me to want to give my children food that is both delicious and healthy every day.
The year 2016 marks the beginning
It was the year my interest in tasty, healthy eating had grown to include not only those closest to me, but the whole big family we call Sweden. My husband Stefan and I launched da Carla as a brand.
A choice you can trust
Today we offer a broad range of products that not only taste great, but are also nourishing and suited to many different dietary preferences. And we're not talking about specific diets here – simply good everyday food that gives you and your loved ones the energy to handle work, training, studies and play.
Many of our products are organic, and a significant share are gluten-free and/or vegan. We aim to avoid unnecessary additives and go easy on added sugar. Instead, we've added a generous dose of amore – because life deserves to be full of flavour and enjoyment.
