apple cider vinegar

Raw organic apple cider vinegar with the mother, made from slowly fermented apples and infused with ginger, turmeric and chilli. Unfiltered and unpasteurised — naturally cloudy and alive. The vinegar mother is prebiotic and provides nourishment for the good gut bacteria.
Shake before use — this distributes the mother and the infusion evenly and balances the flavour. A fresh, mild acidity (1.5 %) with warmth and depth.

• Drink as a small daily shot, neat or diluted
• Mix with cold water and ice for an unsweetened, thirst-quenching drink
• Use as a dressing on fresh or grilled vegetables, where the acidity lifts the ingredients
