nougat spread

This nougat spread is smooth and rich with a distinct flavour of cocoa and roasted hazelnuts. It is sweetened with organic coconut sugar, a less refined sugar with a mild, caramel-like flavour and a generally lower glycaemic index than regular white sugar.

The spread contains no palm oil and is instead based on sunflower oil, which gives a soft consistency and a more considered list of ingredients. Lovely on bread and pancakes, in baking, or as a simple sweet touch in everyday life.
