Our organic coconut flour is made from fresh coconuts that are first cold-pressed for their oil, then gently dried and ground into a fine, naturally gluten-free flour. The result is a flour with a mild, natural coconut flavour, rich in fibre and protein, and a natural source of MCT fats – beneficial fatty acids that the body can quickly convert into energy.

Coconut flour is perfect for baking, pancakes, porridge, smoothies or as an addition to muesli. It is also popular in paleo and low-carb cooking thanks to its high fibre content and low proportion of carbohydrates.
