  • 2 dl plant-based milk (oat, cashew, almond or soy)
  • 2.5 dl coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4.5 dl da Carla sorghum flour

Icing:

  • 150 g dairy-free butter
  • 0.75 dl espresso
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 5 dl icing sugar
  • 1–2 dl desiccated coconut for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tin (approx. 20x30) with baking paper.
  • Melt the butter and stir in the plant milk.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour the butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir into a smooth batter.
